With Private Personal Coaching, all the focus is on you and you only. Our facility is a non threatening and not overly crowded environment. Set your Goals & Vision with your Coach, so your Plus private Coaching session can be tailored specifically towards you, achieving the goals you desire, We take into account the time you have, your body shape, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle.
Start Up Sessions
Whether you have been inactive, generally active, or an elite athlete, our ‘On Ramp’ sessions are tailored to prepare you for technical proficiency. During this time you will be introduced to our movement curriculum, but not limited to, including squats, push-ups, deadlifts, medicine ball cleans, Cleans, presses, etc. The ‘On Ramp’ program will be either ‘one on one’ or in our small group setting – NO more than 3 other beginners.
The emphasis is on movement and technique along with a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group CrossFit classes. Our On-Ramp sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into any of our regular group classes, from Weightlifting to Flex & Flow as a regular, pass holder* or casual Drop In, at a time that is convenient to you.
Speed, Power, Stamina
‘Plus’ Endurance class is an endurance sports specific training session tailored towards improving performance, fitness, and your endurance capability. It varies from conventional long, slow distance training by eliminating needless volume and rather focusing on proper technique and increased intensity. This against the norm style training, decreases your risk of injury while making you a faster, more efficient runner.
The program is running specific, but tightly incorporated with CrossFit values/methodology.
“Plus” Kids/Teens program stresses on quality movement through broad and inclusive activities, designed to promote fun fitness. This program is for ages 5 through 18 and focuses on providing kids/teens with the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level. PLUS JUNIORS is dedicated to creating a program that has a positive impact helping the kids grown cognitively and physically in all aspects. Empowering them to be the best version of themselves possible.
FLEX AND FLOW
Let's Get Flexy
This class focuses on improving your flexibility and joint range of motion through soft tissue manipulation and various stretching techniques from passive to active. Increasing range of motion can generate great power and promote effectiveness of functional movements through improved position and posture. This is also great for your recovery, by resetting your central nervous system and boosting the natural release of hyaluronic acid.
Weightlifting is all about form and function. The two work together to create powerful, progressive and heavy lifts. Come checkout a weightlifting class for a great workout, community environment and knowledgeable coaches who motivate you to push yourself. Let us critique and guide you through the most effective, efficient and safest ways to, Snatch, Clean & Jerk and all the inbetween.
This class focuses on Crossfit movements, kipping, muscle up, toes to bar, chest to bar, just to name a few. You will learn to be more efficient with Crossfit gymnastics movements and develop, strength, flexibility, balance, body control and better spatial awareness that will make you a better athlete. You will also be learning other gymnastics movements, front levers, back levers and handstand skills. This class will have a skill, strength and a workout.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
A General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program. Its purpose is to produce a fitness that is broad, general and inclusive. We aim to develop all facets of functional fitness, including strength, speed, agility, power, endurance, stamina, balance, coordination, accuracy and flexibility. Our CrossFit Strength and Conditioning class consist of a varied – Mixed combinations of movements, repetitions and time domains. These classes feature the Workout of the Day (W.O.D) and follow our standard 60minute format. Each session will entail different components, i.e. Warm-Up; Strength; Conditioning (WOD); Extra credit (midline, Mobility / Flexibility, skill, etc.)
