Our “On-Ramp” is 3x Private Coaching beginner Start up SESSIONS. OUR FACILITIES
Located on the spectacular Central Coast, not far from the beach nor the major highway. We are blessed with over 400 square meters of pure open Fitness bliss. It is a spectacular facility, the type that will get you leaner, fitter, faster, stronger, more powerful and moving naturally, the way every human being should be. Our gym is a sanctuary to functional fitness. With in our humble Tribe there are no mirrors, glitz, glamour or ego-driven people, we focus on one thing ‘RESULTS’. In our gym, you will find and use barbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, tires, climbing ropes, jump ropes, medicine balls, 2 rigs (pull-up bars, Squat racks etc), Sandbags, benches, rowers, bikes, it’s that simple. Making Plus one of the premier fitness facilities on the Central Coast, If it isn’t functional and effective you won’t find it in our gym! You will love training at Plus, being apart of our Tribe and also having access to our chill zone (Mobility equipment, comfortable lounges, available Wifi) modern Male and Female toilets and change rooms and a shower to freshen up pre or post workout.
